Questions
Why does my footage quality decide the edit?
The Simple edit is made and delivered in 720p, so it takes 720p footage. 1080p footage goes with the Heavier edit (delivered in 1080p) and 4K footage with the 4K edit. Want the Simple price? Export or upload your footage at 720p.
What's the difference between Simple and Heavier?
Both are clean and ready to post. Simple cuts the silences and mistakes, adds clean captions and a music bed. Heavier adds more cuts, punch-in zooms, b-roll and graphics, styled animated captions, sound effects and colour correction, in 1080p.
How do I send big files?
Upload files up to 4 GB straight from the order form. For anything bigger, upload to Google Drive or Dropbox and paste the share link, set so anyone with the link can view.
How fast is it?
Standard delivery is within 3 days of payment. Short clips are often back the same or next day.
What if I don't like it?
One round of changes is included. Tell us what to change and we fix it. If we can't get it right, you get your money back.
Do you use AI?
Yes. AI does the editing: it transcribes your video, writes the captions, cuts the silences and mistakes, and mixes the music. Every edit is checked by a person before it's sent. Your footage is never used to train anything.
Is the music safe to use on YouTube and TikTok?
We only use royalty-free tracks cleared for online video. If you have your own music, send it with your footage.
Who owns the finished video?
You do. Once it's paid for, the edit is yours to post, monetise and reuse.
How do I pay?
By card on Stripe's secure checkout, straight after you send your order. You pay the fixed price shown on the form before editing starts.
What do you keep, and for how long?
We keep your original footage for 7 days after delivery in case you want changes, then delete it. Your download link works for 7 days, so save your video when it arrives.
