How is the price worked out?
Two things: how long your footage is and which edit you pick. Footage length means the raw video you send, not the length of the finished edit. A 9-minute recording is in the 'up to 10 min' row, a 25-minute one in the 'up to 30 min' row.
Is there anything extra to pay?
No. The price on the order form is the price you pay. Captions, music, audio levelling and one round of changes are included.
Why can't I pick the Simple edit for 4K footage?
Each edit matches a quality: Simple is made in 720p, Heavier in 1080p and 4K in 4K. To use the Simple price, export your footage at 720p before you upload it.
What about footage over an hour?
We send you a quote first. Tell us the length in your note and we reply before you pay anything.
Do you offer discounts for regular orders?
Not yet. If you post every week and want to talk about it, mention it in your order note.
When do I pay?
Straight after you send your order, by card through Stripe's secure checkout. Editing starts once it's paid.
